Leading Australian Telecommunications Company, 2012 – Present

This telecommunications giant is one of Australia’s largest employers and one of its most recognisable brands. Our challenge was to create a bespoke redeployment and transition service that would ensure affected staff remained brand advocates

Our team was able to design a solution that met this goal, receiving outstanding feedback, and leading to the development of a similar, permanent service to promote internal mobility. We also brought coast savings of $108 million.

Target, 2016

In 2014, our team successfully complete a redundancy program involving 300+ employees, and on the back of this success we were asked to further support 250 redundancies over a 3-day period in May 2016.

Within 2 months, 81% of all redundant employees had been placed in an alternative role/career of their choice.

Scentre Group, 2014 – Present

In 2014, Westfield Australia and New Zealand separated from their parent company, and established their own new, listed group, named Scentre Group.

This was a significant international undertaking, and Scentre Group insisted on providing the best possible outplacement programs for their employees located throughout Europe, North America, the Middle East and Australia.
